A healthy, and delicious, alternative to the pumpkin spice latte. Get that great festive taste without the extra calories.

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie


½ Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

½ Cup Coconut Milk

2 Cup Pumpkin Puree

2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (like Les Mills Good Protein Vanilla) 

1 Cup Water




Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Serves 2.
