We’ve taken your favorite cycle classes and wrapped them in a rich layer of graphics that will blow your mind. Join us as we reinvent everything you know about exercise.

Ride into another dimension. 'THE TRIP' is a cycle class, but not as anyone knows it. You might be climbing the side of an impossibly steep glacier, or riding through a space age city. Sprint your way around a digital velodrome, then back off the pace as a sun sets across water around you. 

Note: A small fee applies. Late entries are not permitted.  If you are late, a refund is at the discretion of the Club Manager.

THE TRIP WARNING

Strobe lighting, flashing, rapid imagery changes and other special effects may form part of THE TRIP™. These effects may potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy or other medical conditions or feelings of nausea, vertigo or disorientation in participants generally.  You should not participate if you are prone to seizures or have other medical conditions which may be exacerbated by participation in the THE TRIP™.

What you need to bring with you

We recommend you wear comfortable workout clothes to RPM®. Cycling shorts will make the ride more comfortable, but they're not essential. Check out the latest Reebok/Les Mills co-branded range, for the perfect gear.

For footwear we recommend that you wear cycling shoes, but check with your instructor if you need more specific help. Apart from that, bring a water bottle and a sweat towel - you are going to get very sweaty!
