LES MILLS® Virtual workouts are audio-visual versions of the live Les Mills group fitness classes, played on a big screen, through a pumping sound system, with a range of strength training, flexibility and cardio workouts.

*Now available at Les Mills Britomart, Les Mills Hamilton, Les Mills Extreme and Les Mills Christchurch and RPM® Virtual at Les Mills Takapuna, Les Mills New Lynn and Les Mills Hutt City.

RPM®  Virtual is the indoor cycling workout where you discover your athlete within.

A Typical Class

If you've never done a group fitness class before LES MILLS® Virtual can be a great place to find your feet - up close and personal on the big screen you'll be totally immersed in the choreography and music.

Your Virtual instructor will take you through a warm up with simple moves designed to work one body part at a time, from your shoulders, to your chest, to your hips.

You'll then move (on to) the Virtual workout!

The final warm down brings you to the end of the class.
Remember to return any gear you used for your class.
