Safety is our number one priority, so we recommend talking with
your doctor or midwife who will advise you appropriately as they
have the best knowledge of your medical history. Chat to your class
instructor beforehand to let them know you're pregnant. They'll
suggest some options for you throughout the class.

BODYVIVE® 3.1 instructors provide options for all fitness
levels. This means you don't need to be fit, just keen to get

VIVE™ tubes are used in some of the tracks, because of their
ability to exercise the body in different ways. These are popular
forms of equipment and will let you get a wide range of workout
intensity, no matter your level of fitness.
