Our boxing classes are designed for all fitness levels and
incorporate boxing style training using boxing bags for total body
conditioning and increased fitness. Qualified
trainers guide you through an intense workout, reinforcing
proper technique throughout to ensure an authentic boxing
The 45 minutes class is designed to progress you into higher
intensities, working through rounds of combos on the bag, core
conditioning exercises, and evasion drills before finishing with
some speed and power work to really push your limits.
There is no kicking or sparring involved in our boxing classes.
You will also need to bring your own wraps and gloves. Remember to
get to class early if you need help with your wraps.
