Born to Move

For over a year now we have offered an ‘open’ Kids Fitness option for our youngest members – filling in the gap for our kiwi families between the Early Learning Centre and our adult members. And the success has been outstanding with our team of instructors leading the way with fun, music and activity! And now the next step to improving the lives of ALL New Zealanders is here: Les Mills BORN TO MOVE®.

BORN TO MOVE® draws on Les Mills' history and expertise in music, movement and the power of group fitness to engage with young people to build a lifelong love of movement. The goal is to reconnect children with their innate desire to move and the joy, vitality and self-esteem that comes with it!

Our BORN TO MOVE® instructors aim to build confidence and to develop skills in our young people, by using role-playing, stories, games, team building, performance, problem solving and the magic of music; from toddlers all the way to teens.
