BodyTrainer™ REVOLUTION is a realistic, achievable route to better health and better fitness for life. Customised to suit each individual, BodyTrainer™ REVOLUTION is a 12-week programme developed by expert nutritionists and fitness professionals at Les Mills International, the creators of BODYPUMP™ and the BodyTrainer™ Personal Training System. You will be individually assessed by a Personal Trainer and your weight-loss programme is written up in a training diary with personalised eating plans, exercise programmes and educational information.
