Les Mills TEAM TRAINING™ gym programmes were created to help you get in shape fast, increase your fitness and get you feeling amazing quickly. Currently we have three programmes available at all our Les Mills gyms - led by dedicated Les Mills instructors who will work you hard, encourage you and motivate you, plus with support and inspiration of your team mates, you can ahieve outstanding results and be in the best physical shape of your life!

THE FACTS

Inspired by the military, Les Mills BOOTCAMP® will challenge and commit you to making a change. You'll be one of a team of recruits who will go through 4 weeks of physical training exercises, adventure workouts and outdoor drills. 3 sessions a week; 4 weeks; larger groups of 20+ like minded recruits. Open to men and women.    

 

Les Mills LOOK BETTER NAKED® is a women's-only, team training programme. It's a full body programme designed to reduce body fat, improve cardiovascular fitness, increase energy and improve tone. 3 sessions a week; 6 weeks; up to 8 per team.
