LES MILLS LOOK BETTER NAKED®

 

Les Mills LOOK BETTER NAKED® is our women’s-only, small team training programme. It’s for women who want the cost-effective expertise of a shared Les Mills TEAM TRAINING™ Instructor coaching you through a really effective programme – a full body programme designed to reduce body fat, improve cardiovascular fitness, increase energy and improve tone.

Working out with like-minded women is what makes Les Mills LOOK BETTER NAKED® so effective. By being part of a team of up to eight women, you’ll be more motivated, driven and supported. And because of the way the programme is structured, you and up to seven female friends can even have your own exclusive Les Mills LOOK BETTER NAKED® at a time that suits you.

 

The Facts


Three workouts a week for six weeks - 18 workouts
Up to 8 women per group (you don't have to make up your own team - we will do that for you)
Attendance is mandatory once you sign up
Caters to beginners up to advanced fitness levels
Women only
You don't have to be a member to register for this programme

 

What do the workouts include?


With Les Mills LOOK BETTER NAKED® there’s no way you’ll get bored. Every week is different. You’ll do resistance training, endurance work and cardio. Sometimes you’ll buddy up with someone; other times all of your team of you will be working out with each other. You may even get outside.

It’s designed especially to target muscle groups like the glutes (butt), thighs, calves and abs. But it doesn’t stop there. Shoulders, arms and chest get real attention too
