Jumpstart™ is a series of three sessions with a Les Mills BodyTrainer™ Personal Trainer. After your Jumpstart™ workouts, you decide on the future direction of your training by opting for a personalised training calendar or further personal training sessions.

Weights, cardio and functional training are great ways to get fit, lose weight and stay in shape. Your trainer will introduce you to different styles of personal training and assign a workout according to your preferences. Workout - 30 minutes
You'll also get to choose a supplementary session aimed at improving the effectiveness of your workouts. Supplementary session - 15 minutes
