Jumpstart™ is a great way to make a serious start to training at Les Mills and assess if Personal Training is right for you.

Jumpstart™ is designed to get you results faster. It's about personalised attention so you get more focus, more motivation and more intensity from your workouts.

Jumpstart™ is a series of three sessions with a Les Mills BodyTrainer™ Personal Trainer. After your Jumpstart™ workouts, you decide on the future direction of your training by opting for a personalised training calendar or further personal training sessions.

Jumpstart™ Sessions


1 YOUR RISK FREE TRIAL (45 MINUTES)

Consultation - 15 minutes
Focusing on your fitness goals, a Les Mills BodyTrainer™ Personal Trainer will figure out the best way for you to reach your goals, whilst having fun. They will look at your exercise history, lifestyle and introduce training principles that will make the achievement of your goals so much easier.

Workout - 30 minutes
Based on your goals and experience, your trainer will put you through a basic 30 minute workout and assess the intensity of future workouts

2 PERSONALISED SESSION (45 MINUTES)

You're most likely to get the results important to you if you enjoy the training you are doing. Weights, cardio and functional training are great ways to get fit, lose weight and stay in shape. Your trainer will introduce you to different styles of personal training and assign a workout according to your preferences.

Workout - 30 minutes
Choose either:

  • Resistance training or
  • Cardio fitness training or
  • Functional training

You'll also get to choose a supplementary session aimed at improving the effectiveness of your workouts.

Supplementary session - 15 minutes
Choose either:

  • Nutritional Guidance or
  • Fitness Measurements including:

- Body Measurements
- Body Fat
- Blood Pressure

 

3 WORKOUT/TRAINING CALENDAR (45 - 60 MINUTES)

Workout
This session aims to completely immerse you in your workout. It's important that you know exactly what to do and how to progress. Whether you choose to continue with your Les Mills BodyTrainer™ Personal Trainer or not, a Jumpstart™ exercise calendar and workout programme will be provided. Your trainer will also discuss future Personal Training options, ongoing sessions and costs if appropriate.
