We suggest you put your prospective trainer through their paces with this simple checklist:

Education - Check to see that your trainer is qualified in the areas that you need. Les Mills BodyTrainer™ Personal Trainers are committed to keeping abreast of current trends and ideas but you really want a trainer who is interested in the areas that you want to focus on.

Experience - No amount of learning will match a good amount of doing! Find out if the trainer you're considering has had other clients with similar goals to your own. Ask for client testimonials and talk to the Personal Training Manager at your nearest Les Mills club for a recommendation.

Encouragement - A great trainer will encourage and motivate you as you work towards your goals. They'll be totally focused on you and your needs during your training session. The relationship you have with your trainer can be extremely personal so choose a trainer whose photo you instantly warm to. So often, first impressions last!
