 LES MILLS BOOTCAMP®
Want to know what it’s really like? Don’t take our word for it. Here’s what December’s recruits from all over the country had to say…

‘It was more than what I expected. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get back into their fitness, or wants inspiration to go the extra mile, or who just enjoys being part of a team working at your own level.’

‘WITHOUT A DOUBT – It’s well worth the money, and so cheap for what you get out of it physically, mentally and emotionally.’

‘Initially the thought of having to train in adverse conditions was challenging. The reward at the end of the session was amazing. You just do it, feel fantastic because your platoon is there, and you know that no one else is out there getting one ahead – you start your day out front and continue from there.’

‘I went from being a ‘used-to-be-an-athlete’ and ranking at the lowest on the fitness test at the gym to now rank the highest on the test, and its been down to the cardio sessions and training with Bootcamp’

‘I have been a member of Les Mills for years and have successfully avoided pain and sweat during most of my exercise endeavour’s (excluding Bianca’s RPM classes). Imagine my surprise when I finally understood that old quote “no pain – no gain”. The thing is – that with Boot Camp the pain is good and the bruises are something to be proud of!’

‘That’s right I am definitely doing the next one. Les Mills Gym – this programme offers so much on a whole bunch of different levels … this is the best value for money exercise programme I have ever been on.’

‘To be honest at the beginning I found it a little unnerving as I thought I would get kicked off the course if I couldn’t do things properly or fast enough, but hats off to the instructors, all the help was there that was needed and more, very supportive when necessary’

‘You get a uniform to help you feel like part of a team. You get a good combination in cardio and muscle training which you can’t help but improve your performance on. Even the fittest-of-the-fit or a couch-potato can benefit from this programme.’ ‘The Saturday adventure camps are fun and distract you from the fact that you are actually doing exercise and getting fit! You will actually be glad the mornings that it is raining... it keeps you cool during “exercises’” and make the Campbell crawling easier on your elbows!!’

‘The camaraderie has been astounding and a delightful surprise… I didn’t join BootCamp to make new friends but have met some very cool people through the group – thank you!’

‘I liked how the programme was put together – nice and progressive through-out – enough scope to challenge at each step and room for the “advanced freaks” to do their thing without feeling like us normal folk were holding them back.’ ‘Great supportive team – right through from sign-up onwards’

‘I loved the team aspect it really made me pushing myself harder than I would normally have done even with a personal trainer. I loved the doing exercise in the mornings it was just great – nice way to start the day and you also didn’t have the opportunity to talk yourself out of it by the end of the day. I loved the adventure trainings as well and also the staff that pushed you to go harder every single day.’

‘The entire programme was fantastic. Working hard… and adventure work outs... it’s the only thing that’s made me get up in the mornings. Saturday sessions were great; I haven’t played some of those games since I was a kid. I now remember that training in the rain doesn’t kill you. Because of boot camp I got out of bed several mornings when I otherwise wouldn’t have upon hearing rain on the roof. Good balance of hard work and fun.’
