How fit do I have to be?
As long as you’re not totally de-conditioned, you’ll be just fine, because the programme is designed for various fitness levels using team and individual exercises. Les Mills BOOTCAMP® is designed to gradually and safely increase the
exercise intensity over a five week period. Regardless of your fitness level you will be challenged and see changes by
the end of the five weeks!
What kind of results might I see?
We will measure your fitness at the beginning and end of the programme. You can expect to see improvements in
strength, cardio-vascular fitness and self confidence. You may see fat loss and other changes such as a reduction
in stress, better sleep habits and a heck of a lot of compliments coming your way!
Who are the instructors?
All of your instructors are certified Les Mills
TEAM TRAINING™ Instructors. To become a certified Les Mills
TEAM TRAINING™ Instructor they have undergone one of our most physically demanding training programmes and assessment.
Do I need military experience?
Not at all. While it’s inspired by the military you won’t need to wear
boots and camouflage gear. We use some military exercises and drills but you’ll be taught how to do these
exercises by the certified Les Mills
TEAM TRAINING™ Instructors.
How much does it cost?
If you're a Les Mills member it will cost you $100 deposit plus $6.60 per session over the five week, 15 session programme. If you're a non-member its $100 deposit plus $13.30 per session.
What do I need to wear?
We recommend you wear track pants and a good pair of running shoes.
What else will I get?
In addition to your uniform you’ll also receive education information to help you along the way.
