Les Mills BOOTCAMP® - What's the drill

 

Inspired by the military, Les Mills BOOTCAMP® is is a programme that will challenge you and commit you to making a change. You’ll be one of a team of recruits led by certified Les Mills TEAM TRAINING™ Instructors, who will take you through four weeks of intense physical training, adventure workouts and outdoor drills.

It's part of a completely different approach to your typical personal training workouts. It's called ‘Team Training’- the gym equivalent of team sports because it’s all about comaraderie, support and inspiration – you will be part of a team of like-minded recruits who will give you that support and motivation to get you through and achieve physical results you never thought possible. The concept that drives Les Mills BOOTCAMP® can be summed up in one word - teamwork.

 

The Facts


3 workouts a week, for 4 weeks
Platoons vary in size - minimum of 20 people; maximum of 50-100 depending on the which gym you are at
Attendance is mandatory
Caters to beginners up to advanced fitness levels
Men and women
You don't have to be a member to enlist in this programmes

Introductory seminar to set you up with your kit and paperwork

Non members - you'll get access to all the gyms facilities for the duration of your Les Mills BOOTCAMP® including group fitness classes
